As we produce the products with branding unique to you we will only accept returns of faulty product.
Any faults need to be advised within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Any faulty goods will be replaced (this should take no longer than the original order)
In order for us to determine what the fault is we will need samples of the drives to be returned to us at your cost. On investigation if a genuine fault is found we will refund the cost of sending and arrange collection of the remaining goods which need to be replaced).
